Filtered Living was founded by a skin specialist and former clinic owner. Someone who spent years treating other people's skin while quietly struggling with her own.
Acne, dry, tight skin that never properly settled. Perioral dermatitis that flared without warning.
Running a skin clinic meant access to the best of everything: advanced treatments, medical-grade skincare, and the training to use both properly and still, something didn't add up.
The results wouldn't hold..
So the question changed. Instead of what else can I put on my skin? It changed to what's undoing all of this in the first place?
What We Found
The answer wasn't a product. It was coming out of the tap.
Unfiltered tap water carries chlorine, scale, and skin disruptors touching your skin more often than any serum, cream or treatment ever will. Every wash. Every shower. Every single day.
The deeper the research went, the clearer it became: this isn't a problem reserved for problem skin.
