To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. -
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. -
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. -
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
